BUT, don’t use skepticism as an excuse for inaction.  Be proactively skeptical, not defensively skeptical.  In other words, know that science (supposedly from which the majority of exercise efforts are born) starts with educated (wild-ass) guesses, followed by trials, followed by a lot of conflicting results.  Guess what?  That’s LIFE!  Try..fail, try again…fail again, eventually…DIE.…
